Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/6-107.3

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The Secretary of State shall provide that each graduated driver’s license and each regular driver’s license issued to individuals under 21 years of age shall be of a distinct nature from those driver’s licenses issued to individuals 21 years of age and older. The colors designated for the graduated driver’s license and regular driver’s license shall be at the discretion of the Secretary of State.
