- Board: means the governing and administrative body of the Waukegan Civic Center Authority. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/270-5
Members of the Board shall hold office until their respective successors as mayor or alderpersons of the City of Waukegan have been appointed and qualified.
