  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
     Trustee’s failure or neglect to discharge duty; penalty. Any trustee who, while acting as a trustee or as an officer, fails or neglects to discharge any duty imposed upon him or her by this Act is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.
