Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 815 ILCS 175/15-100
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
In no case shall the Secretary of State or any of his or her employees or agents, in the administration of this Act, incur any official or personal liability while acting in accordance with their official duties or authority.
