Sec. 4. The Honor and Remember flag may be displayed at:
(2) the Indiana state veterans’ cemetery established by Ind. Code § 10-17-11-4; and
(1) each state office building;
Terms Used In Indiana Code 1-1-14.5-4
- Honor and Remember flag: means the Honor and Remember, Inc. See Indiana Code 1-1-14.5-1
- Month: means a calendar month, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) each veterans cemetery managed by the Indiana department of veterans’ affairs;
and at all levels of government during the entire month of May annually.
