Indiana Code 10-11-6-1. Training programs

Sec. 1. (a) The department may conduct training programs at semiannual conferences for law enforcement:

(1) officers;

(2) trainees; and

(3) applicants;

of cities, towns, and counties.

(b) A semiannual conference:

(1) may not last more than three (3) days; and

(2) shall be conducted at a state police post.
