Sec. 29. “Federal acts”, for purposes of IC 15-17-5, means the following:

(1) The federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. § 601 et seq.).

(2) The federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. § 451 et seq.).
