Indiana Code 15-17-2-37. “Herd”

Sec. 37. “Herd”, except as provided in IC 15-17-3-22(a), means a group or groups of animals that are:

(1) maintained on common ground; or

(2) geographically separated but under common ownership, supervision, or control.
