Sec. 6. (a) Any person or organization may present charges of fraud, deceit, gross negligence, or misconduct against a licensed professional geologist.
(1) in writing;
(b) A charge under subsection (a) shall be:

- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- in writing: include printing, lithographing, or other mode of representing words and letters. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) sworn to by the person or the officer of the organization making the charges; and
(3) filed with the board.
