- Commission: means the Indiana plumbing commission created by this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
- License: means a certificate issued by the commission established by this chapter which confers upon the holder the privilege to act as a plumbing contractor or a journeyman plumber as defined in this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
Sec. 14. Upon the filing of an application, the commission may investigate the statements contained therein and, if it finds the statements to be untrue, may refuse to examine or license the applicant.
