- Commission: means the Indiana plumbing commission created by this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
- License: means a certificate issued by the commission established by this chapter which confers upon the holder the privilege to act as a plumbing contractor or a journeyman plumber as defined in this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
Sec. 16. The commission or the commission’s designee shall prepare and administer examinations for each license category. The subject matter to be covered and the passing grade for licensing shall be established and made known to the applicants prior to the date of the examination.
