- Commission: means the Indiana plumbing commission created by this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
- License: means a certificate issued by the commission established by this chapter which confers upon the holder the privilege to act as a plumbing contractor or a journeyman plumber as defined in this chapter. See Indiana Code 25-28.5-1-2
Sec. 23. The fees to be charged by and paid to the commission by licensees for all licenses and license renewals shall be established by the commission under IC 25-1-8.
