Sec. 5. (a) A member of the board may attend or monitor a continuing education course.
(c) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.
(b) An approved organization shall provide the board with course information or materials requested by the board.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-33-2-5
- Approved organization: means any organization or individual approved by the board. See Indiana Code 25-33-1-2
- Board: means the state psychology board. See Indiana Code 25-33-1-2
- Continuing education course: means an orderly process of instruction that is designed to directly enhance the practicing psychologist's knowledge and skill in providing relevant psychological services, and that is approved by an approved organization. See Indiana Code 25-33-1-2
