Sec. 6. The notice of proposed rulemaking shall include the following:
(2) The text of the proposed rule or amendment and the reason for the proposed rule.
(1) The proposed time, date, and location of the meeting where the rule will be considered and voted upon.

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
(3) A request for comments on the proposed rule from any interested person.
(4) The manner in which interested persons may submit notice to the commission of their intention to attend the public hearing and any written comments.
