Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

Sec. 30. A person who knowingly votes at a town convention in violation of Ind. Code § 3-8-5-11(c) commits a Class A misdemeanor.
