- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
Sec. 10. If the county election board is notified at any time that the person who filed a complaint under this chapter has filed a complaint with the election division under Ind. Code § 3-6-4.5 regarding this matter, the county election board shall dismiss the proceeding under this chapter.
