- board: refers to the board of elections and registration established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 3-6-5.6-2
Sec. 6. Each member of the board shall be paid an annual salary of not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000). The salaries of the board members shall be fixed in the manner prescribed by Ind. Code § 36-2-5 and paid out of the county general fund in accordance with Ind. Code § 3-5-3-1 as other election expenses are paid.
