- computerized list: refers to the statewide voter registration list established under section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 3-7-26.3-2
Sec. 12. As required under 52 U.S.C. § 21083, the election division shall coordinate the computerized list with the department of correction records concerning individuals disfranchised under Ind. Code § 3-7-46.
