- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
Sec. 7. The county voter registration office shall cancel the affidavit of registration and enter the date and other information concerning the cancellation in the computerized list under Ind. Code § 3-7-26.3.
