Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “participating entities” means the following:
(2) Purdue University.
(1) Indiana University.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(3) Ivy Tech Community College.
The term does not include a school corporation.
