Sec. 4.5. (a) This section applies to a deed executed under:
(2) Acts 1974, P.L.159;
(1) Acts 1973, P.L.344;
Terms Used In Indiana Code 4-20.5-7-4.5
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
(3) Acts 1977, P.L.345; or
(4) P.L.202-1988, SECTION 1;
containing a legal description of property to be conveyed by the state that does not conform with the description of the property set forth in the statute.
(b) A deed described by this section:
(1) conveys the property described in the deed; and
(2) is legalized.
