Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “primary care physician” refers to a physician practicing in one (1) or more of the following:
(2) General pediatric medicine.
(1) Family medicine.

- physician: means an individual who is licensed to practice medicine in Indiana under Indiana Code 6-3.1-40-2
