- operator: means an Indiana resident that owns or leases one thousand (1,000) or more fleet vehicles. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-3
- program: refers to the fleet registration program established under section 6 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 9-18.1-10-4
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “fleet operator” means an operator who participates in the program.
