Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-3705
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
Any change or amendment of a sanitary code shall be adopted by following the same procedure as set forth in this act for the initial adoption of the sanitary code.
