Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-4207
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
When used in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 19-4204 and 19-4206, and amendments thereto, “municipality” means township, city, school district or other political or taxing subdivision of the state, or any agency, authority, institution or other instrumentality thereof.
