Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-4308
- Oath: includes an affirmation in all cases where an affirmation may be substituted for an oath, and in similar cases "swear" includes affirm. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
Before entering upon the duties of a member of said board, each appointee shall take and subscribe to the oath of office set out in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 54-106. Such oath shall be filed in the office of the county clerk.
