Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 2-1433

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

The authority of any agency or agencies to issue, make, use or circulate any certificate or evidence of certification as defined in this act shall be indicated by a permit signed by an authorized representative of the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science. Such permit shall be issued annually and shall become null and void at the expiration of one year after date of issue. Renewal of the permit shall be at the discretion of the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science.
