- Seed: means a plant's dormant unit of sexual reproduction intended to be planted for germination. See Kansas Statutes 2-1415
Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to affect any of the provisions of the Kansas seed law as set forth in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 2-1415 to 2-1428, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
