Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 25-2008
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
(a) “School office” or “school officer” means members of the governing body of any school district.
(b) “State board” means the state board of education.
