Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 25-2104
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
(a) “Question submitted election” means any election at which a special question is to be voted on by the electors of the state or a part of them.
(b) “County election officer” means the election commissioner in counties having an election commissioner, and the county clerk in counties which do not have an election commissioner.
