The county election officer shall, at least 50 days prior to the primary election, mail to each person whose name is to appear on the official ballot in such county and to the chairpersons of the political parties of such county a list of those candidates whose names will be printed on the national, state, county and township primary election ballots, including the office, the candidate’s name, the city where the candidate resides and the candidate’s political party, as such information will appear on the primary election ballot.
