- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating any of the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 25-901, as amended, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
