  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.

The secretary may enjoin a warehouseman from violating or continuing to violate the provisions ofchapter 34 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and the rules and regulations adopted by the secretary pursuant to such laws by filing injunction proceedings in the district court. In any such proceedings the district court, if it deems it proper, may order such warehouseman to not receive any more grain into such warehouse or to deliver any grain therefrom except as the court by its order shall direct.
