Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 61-2908
- Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 60-209, 60-210 and 60-211, and amendments thereto, shall apply to pleadings filed under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 61-2901 through 61-2912, and amendments thereto.
