Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-4019

  • Act: means the alcohol or other drug addiction treatment act. See Kansas Statutes 65-4024a
  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Secretary: means the secretary for aging and disability services. See Kansas Statutes 65-4024a

Information received by the secretary through filed reports, inspections, or as otherwise authorized under this act, shall not be disclosed in such manner as to identify any individual, except in a proceeding involving the question of licensure or pursuant to an order by a court of competent jurisdiction.
