Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-4215
- licensed mental health technician: means a person who lawfully practices mental health technology as defined in this act. See Kansas Statutes 65-4202
Nothing in this act shall be construed as authorizing a licensed mental health technician to practice medicine or surgery or to undertake the prevention, treatment or cure of disease, pain, injury, deformity or mental or physical condition.
