All state agency adjudicative proceedings under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-5501 to 65-5517, inclusive, shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act and shall be reviewable in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
