Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4218a
- Bank: means a bank incorporated under the laws of this state, or organized under the laws of the United States or another state and which has a main or branch office in this state. See Kansas Statutes 75-4201
- Securities: means , for the purposes of this section and Kan. See Kansas Statutes 75-4201
Whenever interest bearing time deposits in any commercial bank located in Kansas are authorized by the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-3718, 12-3724, 32-858, 40-2307, 58-3029, 68-2311, 75-2527, 75-4254 and 76-2473 and amendments thereto, such deposits shall be secured by pledge of securities as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4218, and amendments thereto.
