Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4275

  • Bank: means a bank incorporated under the laws of this state, or organized under the laws of the United States or another state and which has a main or branch office in this state. See Kansas Statutes 75-4201
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Any state bank, national banking association or production credit association or agricultural credit association chartered by the farm credit administration under the federal farm credit act, as amended (12 U.S.C. § 2001 et seq.), who claims a tax credit pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 79-1126a or 79-32,181a, and amendments thereto, shall not use any funds from an agricultural production loan deposit, invested pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-4268 through 75-4274, and amendments thereto, for agricultural production loans to qualify for the tax credit pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 79-1126a or 79-32,181a, and amendments thereto.
