(1) The cabinet shall publish printed material and maintain on its Web site the following statement: “Information on the potential ability of qualified medical professionals to reverse the effects of an abortion obtained through the use of abortion-inducing drugs as defined in KRS § 311.7731 is available, and shall also include information for assistance in locating a medical professional who can aid in the reversal of a drug-induced abortion.”
(2) On an annual basis, the cabinet shall review and update, if necessary, the statement required in subsection (1) of this section and shall also include information for assistance in locating a medical professional who can aid in the reversal of a drug-induced abortion.
