All unencumbered fund balances in each county’s account established under KRS § 42.300, and all unencumbered fund balances in each county’s account established under KRS
42.330, and all unencumbered fund balances in each county’s account established under KRS § 177.970, shall be transferred to that county’s account established to implement the provisions of KRS § 42.450 to KRS § 42.495. Funds transferred may be used for those purposes authorized by KRS § 42.450 to KRS § 42.495.

  • branch budget: means an enactment by the General Assembly which provides appropriations and establishes fiscal policies and conditions for the biennial financial plan for the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch, which shall include a separate budget bill for the Transportation Cabinet.
