Terms Used In Louisiana Civil Code 3452
- Plea: In a criminal case, the defendant's statement pleading "guilty" or "not guilty" in answer to the charges, a declaration made in open court.
Prescription must be pleaded. Except as otherwise provided by legislation, courts may not supply a plea of prescription.
