Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3391.4
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry or his duly authorized designee. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3391.3
- Department: means the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3391.3
- Formosan termite: means the termite Coptotermes formosanus in any state of development. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3391.3
The Formosan Termite Initiative Project is hereby created within the Department of Agriculture and Forestry under the supervision and direction of the commissioner.
