Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 32:668.1

  • Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, prehearing discovery, in conjunction with the administrative hearing provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 32:668, shall not include depositions of law enforcement witnesses.
