Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 36:937

  • Adjournment sine die: The end of a legislative session "without day." These adjournments are used to indicate the final adjournment of an annual or the two-year session of legislature.

The Joint Legislative Committee on Reorganization of the Executive Branch shall be deemed dissolved upon the adjournment sine die of the 1999 Regular Session of the Legislature.
