Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 39:1363
- Bond: means all general obligation bonds or other instruments evidencing indebtedness of the state of Louisiana or any of its boards, departments, commissions, authorities and agencies issued pursuant to La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 39:1362
Any bond act may adopt the provisions of this Chapter by reference to its title or legal citation, and such reference shall serve to incorporate the provisions of this Chapter into said act as though set out in full therein.
