- Program: means a management strategy with procedures, projects, schedules, operations, and related activities to achieve a stated goal or objective. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 49:214.2
This Subpart shall become effective on January 1, 1979, except that the coastal use permit program established pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 49:214.30 shall not commence until thirty days after the adoption of guidelines pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 49:214.27.
