• Appraisal: A determination of property value.
• Appraisal review: means the act or process of developing and communicating an opinion about the quality of the work performed by an appraiser as part of an appraisal assignment, which may take into account the appraiser's data collection, analysis, opinions, conclusions, estimate of value or compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
