  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.   (1) The secretary of state shall transfer the donation money from the sale of fund-raising plates recognizing the Michigan breast and cervical cancer control program created under section 811x to the state treasurer, who shall deposit the money on a quarterly basis to Amanda’s fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment as provided in the Amanda’s fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment act, 2007 PA 134, MCL 333.26231 to 333.26237.
  (2) Beginning not later than February 1, 2014, the Michigan breast and cervical cancer control program shall submit to the state treasurer a summary of the expenditures during the preceding year of the money received under this section.
  (3) As used in this section, “Michigan breast and cervical cancer control program” means the breast and cervical cancer control program as defined in section 2 of the Amanda’s fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment act, 2007 PA 134, MCL 333.26232.
