Terms Used In Michigan Laws 287.333
- Department: means the state department of agriculture and rural development. See Michigan Laws 287.331
- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, governmental entity, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 287.331
- Pet shop: means a place where animals are sold or offered for sale, exchange, or transfer. See Michigan Laws 287.331
No person shall operate a pet shop unless he has first received a license from the department of agriculture under the provisions of this act.
